How do I place and order?

Is my payment information safe?

Yes, jksignaturestyles.com is secured by Symantec EV SSL (Extended Validation Secure Socket Layer) along with ECC (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) This allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers and login credentials to be transmitted securely. Symantec is the leading certification authority and its presence can be identified by the green address bar in your browser, along with a registered assigned logo located in the footer of our website.

What sizes do you sell?

Our J&K APPAREL clothing sizes range from XS to 4X.

What are your payment options?

We accept Master Card and Visa Card transactions only.

Do you accept coupons?

What currency am I charged in?

All customers that shop on our website will be charged in USD.

Our website services customers across the region and therefore the most appropriate universal currency for showing our prices is in United States Dollars (USD).

For our Trinidad & Tobago customers, you can use our currency switcher located on the left of our product pages and below each product description to view prices in TT Dollars. On mobile displays the currency switcher may appear below product information. 

What is the USD exchange rate (For Trinidad & Tobago customers)?

Although our prices are in TTD at our retail stores in Trinidad, please note that our USD prices on our website are all based on an exchange rate of $6.7 TTD to $1 USD. Rates are subject to change at any time. 

Are the prices instore the same as the prices online?

Yes, our prices online are the same as in store and are converted to USD at a rate of $6.7 TTD to $1 USD.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card will be charged after your’ve placed your order. 

Do I have to sign for my package on delivery?

Yes a signature is requeired before receiving a package.

What happens to my package if I am unavailable to collect in person?

According to our Carrier’s (TTPOST) delivery policy, your package will be returned to the nearest TTPOST office whereby our carrier will try to contact you, using the contact details you provided at checkout, for up to 5 days. After 5 days and no contact is made the package will be returned to our shipping center where we will arrange to have it re-delivered.

Which countries do you ship to?

jksignaturestyles.com ships to over 25 Caribbean countries. To see the list of countries we ship to click here.

What is the shipping cost?

For our Trinidad & Tobago customers, shipping rates for packages under 25KG are 4.48 USD / $30TTD to all locations in Trinidad and 8.95 USD / $60TTD to all locations in Tobago. For international customers, click here for shipping fees by our service provider TTPost.

Can I track my order?

Yes, a confirmation email containing your tracking number is sent to you once your order has been shipped.  To track your order please visit  Package Tracking via TTPOST’s website or DHL’s Tracking   to enter your tracking code emailed to you.

Where don’t you ship to?

We currently do not ship to St Lucia, North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia.  We are however actively looking for affordable shipping solutions to allow us to expand our products and services to these markets.

Can I use multiple promotion codes in one order?

   Multiple promotion codes cannot be used in one order.

Does J&K deliver on holidays?

No, we do not deliver on holidays. If an online purchase is made on a holiday your order will be processed on the following business day. Please refer to our shipping info page for more details.

Is there a minimum buying order?

No, there Is no minimum buying order.

How long will it take to get my package?

Orders for Trinidad are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and for Tobago 5-10 business days. For more information please see our shipping info.

Can I reschedule or make changes to my order?

 Yes, you can, however, you can only make changes to your order before your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email within 12-24 hours of your order to inform you that your order has been shipped.

What happens if I have an issue with my item?

Can I return an item?

Yes, purchases made through jksignaturestyles.com are valid for an exchange, refund or store credit within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. please refer to our Returns Policy for information and instructions on how to return your item.

What are possible reasons for a delayed delivery?

  • Misspelled, incomplete or outdated address
  • High traffic periods
  • Severe weather conditions
  • International customs procedures
