Signature Club (Loyalty Programme) – Terms and Conditions

By registering to become a member (a “Member”) of the J&K Signature Club Loyalty Rewards Programme (“Signature Club” or the “Programme”) and by participating in the Programme, you (i) represent that you are 18 years of age or older, and (ii) agree to the following Programme Terms and Conditions (these “Terms”). The Signature Club Programme is sponsored by J&K Signature Styles, a division of Vanus Investments Limited.

1. The Signature Club Overview
When you join the Signature Club, it allows you to earn Points on your purchases made at any of the five (5) retail stores owned by J&K Signature Styles (“The Stores”) and on the J&K Signature Styles website ( You may also earn Points by participating in special promotions executed by J&K Signature Styles from time to time. Points will be earned during Point earning windows (as defined in Section 4) of each Programme Year. A Programme Year shall be defined as one year after the date of sign up. Members earning sufficient Points by the end of a Points earning window or Programme Year, as described below, will earn Rewards (described below in Member Benefits).

2. Membership
A. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to become a member. Registration is free. Employees of all Vanus Investments Limited brands are not eligible for membership.
B. How to Join: You may register to become a J&K Signature Club Member in two different ways:
i. Online on the J&K Signature Club Web Application (Desktop or Mobile), by creating an account, or if you already have an account at, by signing in using your previous credentials name and email (i.e. email), and by filling out all the other fields in the signup form.
ii. At any of The Stores by speaking to a customer service representative, who will either sign you up in store and take your name and email. Once you make this request, if you already have an account you will receive an email with a link directing you to the Signature Club App an online signup form. If you do not have an account at J&K Signature Styles or would like to join at the store, a customer service representative will assist you in setting up an account through the Signature Club App so you will have full access to all the Member Benefits.
Once you make the request online, or at the store, you will be considered a Member and start earning Points, but for complete access to all the Member Benefits (as described below). To create an account, go to and fill out the form.
C. Updating information: You are responsible for providing the correct email address to ensure proper accounting of Points and receipt of Rewards. As a result, each Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information, including your name, email address and other credentials. You may update your personal information in the Signature Club App at

3. Earning Points
A. The points programme rewards members based on their points accumulation for the earning period of 365 days or 1 year equivalent.
When you shop at J&K Signature Styles five (5) locations or at you will automatically receive two (2) Points for every $1 (TTD) spent on any product that is purchased (a “Qualifying Purchase,” as further described below).

B. Points expiration:
At the end of the earnings period, all of the remaining points that do not meet the point threshold will expire.

C. Qualifying Purchases:
– Qualifying purchases include regular and sale priced merchandise purchased at J&K Signature Styles in-store and online. Purchases of the following items are not qualifying purchases and no points will be earned for these purchases: the amount of purchase covered by the redemption of a Reward Certificate or Birthday Coupon, redemption of gift cards, VAT, shipping (website), or other excluded charges specified by J&K Signature Styles from time to time.
D. Points Value:
Points have no cash value. Points that remain on a Member’s account will expire and will be forfeited if the Programme is terminated.


E. Reward Cards:
When a qualifying member earns 1750 pts, the reward card will be stored on the loyalty platform and communicated to the member via email. The member can redeem their Reward Card at J&K Signature Styles stores. Their Points (1750 points) should be automatically subtracted from their Points balance upon issuance of the Reward Card.
If a Member returns an item for which they used a Reward Certificate or Birthday Coupon to pay for all or a portion of the item, they will not receive the value of the Reward Card or Birthday Coupon because neither has a cash value. Further, if the Member returns an item for which they used a Reward Card to pay for all or a portion of the item, points should not be added to their Signature Club account for the portion of the purchase represented by the Reward Card.

F. Customer Returns:
Returns will be netted from the members overall points total. Returns of merchandise purchased in the prior year will be deducted from the Member’s current year’s Points balance and could create a negative Point balance. Negative Point balances should never expire. If a return results in dropping the
Member’s Points below the Annual Spend threshold for that membership level, then their Member level will be returned to the previous level until they have achieved the Annual Spend level to move back into the higher status.

4. Member Benefits
A. Rewards are available to qualifying Signature Club Members throughout the Programme Year, based on the Member’s Point balance. The period from the start of a Programme year.

“Rewards” means coupons issued for discounts off purchases from The J&K Signature Styles Stores and online at and redeemable subject to these Programme terms; Rewards are promotional items for Members of the J&K Signature Club Programme.
B. Rewards are sent electronically to the email address associated with your J&K Signature Club account. Once issued, members can also access their Reward by logging in to their member dashboard on the app All Rewards expire approximately ninety (90) days from the date the Reward was issued. The exact expiration date of the Rewards will be identified when the Rewards are issued.
C. Each Reward will contain a unique identification number and digital code that may be used at the J&K Signature Stores by providing the ID number or scanning the code at checkout. Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
Rewards may only be redeemed in the Member’s country of residence (For Trinidad and Tobago), or via the website for local, regional and international members. A Member’s country of residence shall be determined by the Member’s home address or, if that address is not available, by the country where the Member last made a purchase.

5. Email and Privacy
A. By registering for the Programme, you agree to receive transactional emails from the Signature Club Programme of J&K Signature Styles. These may include information about Programme Points and Rewards, Programme updates, and other related materials at the discretion of J&K Signature Styles. Members may not unsubscribe from transactional emails of the Programme but can cancel their membership in the Programme as described below in the General Terms.
B. By registering for the Programme, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in the The J&K Signature Styles Privacy Policy.

6. General Terms of the J&K Signature Club Programme
A. Membership in the Signature Programme and its benefits are offered at the discretion of J&K Signature Styles, which reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Programme rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time, with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, Points earned up to the date of cancellation will be issued according to the Terms in place immediately prior to cancellation.
B. J&K Signature Styles may change or modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revision date with the revised Terms on our web app. The revisions to the Programme that J&K Signature Styles may make include, but are not limited to, any of the following changes: (i) increase or decrease the number of Points earned on a Qualifying Purchase; (ii) increase the number of Points required to earn a Reward and/or access to member benefit, (iii) increase or decrease the number of Points earning windows; (iv) cease providing member benefits; (v) change the method of becoming a Member; (vi) institute or add blackout dates for earning Points or using member benefits or Rewards.

C. These Terms are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.

D. In the event of a dispute over ownership of a Signature Club account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration. For purposes of these Terms, the “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
E. Abuse of the Programme, including failure to abide by these Terms, the sale or barter (or the attempted sale or barter) of Rewards, Points, or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by J&K Signature Styles in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member’s account and future disqualification from Programme participation, forfeiture of all Points accrued, and cancellation of previously issued but unused Rewards. At our discretion we may prosecute abuse of the Programme to the fullest extent of the law
F. You may cancel your Signature Club membership at any time from within the App or by calling/visiting any of our five (5) store locations. If you cancel your Signature Club membership, your accrued Points will be forfeited.
G. By agreeing to participate in the Signature Club Programme, you release J&K Signature Styles, its parent and subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and their respective, directors, officers, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from all liability with respect to the misdirection or misuse of any Points or Member Benefit, or the use of any Member Benefit by an individual other than a Signature Club Member who earned the Member Benefit. You further agree through your agreement to participate in the Programme to release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney’s fees) relating to your participation in the Signature Styles Programme, use of Rewards, use of products or experiences offered or made available under the Programme, or agreement to these Terms.
H. The Signature Club Programme and these Terms will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of the Trinidad and Tobago, without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations.
I. The J&K Signature Styles logo, Signature Club graphics, technology, literature and other material are the intellectual property of Vanus Investments Limited.
