Official Contest Rules

  1. Eligibility:
    • This promotion is open to preferred list shoppers only. Shoppers must be on the preferred list and have made a purchase during the promotional week to qualify.
    • Valid receipts are those for purchases between November 9th and December 2nd 2024.
    • Employees of the company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  2. Promotion Duration:
    • The promotion will run weekly across all eight store locations until December 2nd 2024.
  3. How to Enter:
    • Customers enter by completing the form at the bottom of an ORIGINAL receipt and dropping it in the entry boxes at any of the 8 branches of J&K Signature Styles, J&K Men or JMARIE. 
    • No additional entries are required.
  4. Prizes:
    • Each branch will award one prize weekly. Prizes are allocated by customer segment:
      • Men’s Segment: One (1) Comfort Wear Shirt.
      • Women’s Segment: One (1) Buttoned Cardigan.
      • J Marie Segment: One (1) Ballet Flat.
    • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
    • ONE PRIZE per customer only.
  5. Selection of Winners:
    • On Monday- November 11th, 18th, 25th and 2nd December one winner will be picked randomly at each branch.
    • Winners will be notified directly via the contact information provided in their preferred list profile.
    • Winners must collect their prize at the branch where they originally shopped.
    • Winners have one week to claim their prize
  6. This promotion is approved by the National Lotteries Control Board, NLCB.
  7. Prize Collection:
    • Winners must collect their prizes in-store within one week of notification. Failure to collect within this period will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
    • Winners must present a valid ID and proof of the purchase that qualified them for entry when collecting their prize.
  8. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By participating in this promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
