Returns & Refunds Policy

Purchases made through jksignaturestyles.com are valid for an exchange, refund or store credit within thirty (30) days from the delivery date.

*All returned items for exchange must be unwashed, not soiled and not odorous with all tags.

*jksignaturestyles.com ships to select countries, to view the list countries we ship to click here.

*Gift Card purchases and discounted final sale merchandise are not eligible for refund or exchange.

 

REQUEST FOR REFUND

To send a request for a refund follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Click ‘ORDERS’ on the left sidebar.
  3. Next to the order you would like to return, select ‘REFUND’.
  4. Select the reason why you are requesting a refund and add any additional notes.
  5. Once we receive your request a follow up email will be sent notifying you on your Refund Approval and further instructions on how to return the item.

 

LOCAL RETURNS 

IN STORE

Items can be returned in store at any of our five (5) locations.

Returned items MUST be accompanied with your printed online receipt.

BY MAIL

Customers are responsible for their return mailing and shipping costs.

Please include the original packaging with your return. Print your order invoice and include in your package.

Ensure your items are securely packaged to prevent damages in transit.

Print Shipping Label and attach to your package.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds for online purchases returned will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit within one (1) week. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • If you made your purchase using a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued to the in the form of a gift card or store credit. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s).

LOCAL EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be picked up at any of our four (4) locations.

Pick ups must be accompanied with a Printed online receipt and ID.

BY MAIL

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost.

If the item is not available a store credit is issued.

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

We’re not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be refunded once they’ve been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then you’ll need to place a new order.
