Shipping Policy

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Local delivers are provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST).

Inter-Island

Local orders are processed and delivered within 3-5 Business Days. Packages are delivered Monday to Friday only from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for Local/Domestic orders. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed and delivered on the next business day.

Deliveries to remote areas (e.g. Valencia, Mayaro) will be done by TTPOST’s transport network and can take up to 4 to 6 business days.

Island to Island

There is no expedited shipping to Tobago. All shipments will be done within 5-10 business days. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.  To track your order please visit  Package Tracking via TTPOST’s website and enter your tracking code emailed to you.

CANCELLING ORDERS

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been dispatched but may be cancelled at any point before shipping. A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of your order to inform you that your items have been shipped.

International shipping for jksignaturestyles.com is provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST).

Delivery time frames vary, and an estimated time frame will be provided on the checkout page at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email. We recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed on the next business day.

TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your tracking number, once your order has been shipped.  To track your order please visit  Package Tracking via TTPOST’s website.

ORDERING

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only, and after your credit card information is authorized. Orders placed on the weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

RATES

International shipping rates are calculated based on several factors, including:

  • Shipping service
  • Merchandise purchased
  • Weight of item(s)
  • Destination country/region
