LOCAL DELIVERY – Within Trinidad and Tobago

Local deliveries for jksignaturestyles.com is provided by the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPOST).

  • Once orders are made before 2pm, deliveries within network will be done 1-2 days after processing. 
  • Within network constitutes major Towns/Cities ; Central, POS, up to La Romain in South, Arima in the East and Chaguaramas in the West.
  • All deliveries to remote areas outside of network (eg Valencia, Mayaro) will be done within 3-5 days after processing. 
  • Tobago deliveries are done within  3-5 days, after processing. 

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. To ensure prompt delivery of your order, we recommend that you place your order by 2 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed on the following business day.

There is no expedited shipping to Tobago. Upon delivery, the goods must be signed for if required by TTPOST.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Orders placed online for in-store pick up are processed and delivered to the store in 2-3 days.

A confirmation email will be sent to notify you that your package is ready for pickup.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only.  Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been dispatched. For orders that have not been dispatched from the warehouse you can:

  • Log into your account.
  • Ensure your order notification says ‘processing’. If order notification reads ‘completed then your order has been shipped.
  • Choose the order you would like to cancel and click on the ‘CANCEL’ button.

DAMAGED GOODS

ABOUT YOUR ORDER

Processing means we’ve received your order and are in the process of fulfilling it.

Complete  means we’ve fulfilled your order and it is picked up by our courier for shipping. 

Canceled means the order was canceled by either the customer or by J&K Signature Styles. Any technical issues involved, our Customer Service team will contact you.
