- Entry forms must include receipts with purchases $400 or more.
- You may enter as many times as you wish.
- Every entry must be an original receipt of purchase. No photocopies allowed.
- Winners must redeem their prizes at the scheduled time of redemption. No splitting of prizes are permitted.
- Winners will be selected via random draw on February 13th, 2021.
- Winners will be contacted to schedule a date and time to redeem prizes.
